Seaview is a six-bed adult family home on a quiet street in Edmonds. Meals are cooked in our own kitchen, and a caregiver is awake all night.

Our promise
In a home this small, caregivers notice when someone slept badly. They remember how each person takes their tea, and they have time to sit a while longer on a hard afternoon.
6 residents, one family table
Seaview is a house in a residential neighborhood. Residents eat together, sit out in the garden, and are looked after by people who know their names and their histories.

Specialized care
Seaview is licensed to care for adults with dementia, mental health conditions and developmental disabilities. Every resident also gets help with daily personal care.

Dementia care
The same caregivers each day, a predictable routine, and gentle redirection for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's.

Mental health
Patient day-to-day support, with regular contact with each resident's doctors and counselors.

Developmental disabilities
Support built around what each person can do, enjoys doing and is used to.

Personal care
Help with bathing, dressing, medication and meals, at your loved one's own pace.

Don't see your question? Call (425) 582-8727.
What is an adult family home?
A licensed home in a residential neighborhood that cares for a small number of adults. In Washington the limit is six. Residents get personal care, meals and supervision in a house instead of a large facility.
How is Seaview different from assisted living?
Assisted living communities often have dozens or hundreds of residents. Seaview has six, so caregivers have more time for each person and the day can follow their routine.
Do you accept Medicaid or long-term care insurance?
We work with private pay, long-term care insurance and Medicaid (COPES) where eligible. Call us and we'll go through the options with you.
Can family visit at any time?
Yes. We only ask that visits work around other residents' rest and mealtimes. Birthdays and other celebrations are welcome here.
How do we get started?
Book a tour, meet the team and see the home. Then we do a free care assessment and write a care plan before move-in day.
